National Discount Pool Supplies has a 30 Day Return Policy. Unused and unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the day the item was shipped. Returns must be approved via email or by logging into your account and requesting a return. The item must include all original parts and manuals and must not fall in the "Non-Returnable Items" category.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Shipping charges for the product being sent back and shipping charges originally paid by National Discount Pool Supplies for the product to the customer is then the responsibility of the customer. Open or used equipment is not returnable.
